Parkinson Advocacy Group
3rd Thursdays, 2 p.m. Planned around a variety of guest speakers, these meetings are open to anyone interested to learn more about any neurological disease.
Knitters & Quilters Group
Thursdays, 12 p.m. Bring lunch or drop in after lunch for conversation and fellowship while working on your projects. You can learn how to knit hats and mittens for the Christmas baskets or help assemble a quilt.
Donate to Liberia
Donations of school supplies for Victor's school will be welcome until he graduates from Princeton next May. After that we will be shipping them to Liberia. Thanks to everyone who has already brought items to help him get his school started.
Sing to the Lord
We encourage newcomers to join the choir. Tuesday evening rehearsals, 6:30 p.m., are always fun. Come help us "make a joyful noise to the Lord!" on Sundays. See a choir member or speak to Mary Lou Bryan (518) 725-2041.
Project Life Saver
Electronic bracelets are available for people who live at home and have Alzheimer's disease or young adults with autism. Local churches have been challenged to purchase one bracelet. A jar is located in fellowship hall for donations.
Mayfield Youth Group
1st Wednesdays, 6:30 to 8 p.m. This is an ecumenical youth group open to all youth in the Mayfield area. Bible stories, songs, games, fun, mission, and once a month pizza and praise party. See Pastor Bonnie if you would like to help. Donations of snacks and refreshments appreciated. SPREAD THE WORD!
